Blogmas Day 13; Winter Skincare Picks

As the season changes becoming extremely cold, dry and gloomy we notice that, sadly, our skin does the same. But to keep our complexion radiant there are a few things we keep with us to help us get through the winter months, another bonus of the products we’ve chose is that they’re less than a fiver meaning you won’t have to break the bank upon purchasing them. Don’t worry, you can thank us later.

So first up is definitely something we find ourselves suing more in winter as we’ve already gone through two tubs. It’t the Ponds Cold Cream Cleanser, we’re sure you’ve heard your mums mum or an old relative talk about it as it is a staple product for many and we see why.It is a creamy cleanser that we like to use to remove makeup in the evening and it does so amazingly whilst leaving the skin hydrated.

In order to give our skin a deeper cleanse a face mask is definitely a must, the two main ones we’ve been reaching for are both by Superdrug but serve for different purposes. One is the De-stressing mask which is more hydrating for the days when your skin feels dry and for days where your skin is more prone to blemishes the Detoxifying mask is great for clearing it all up. Also, if you’re looking to purchase it we recommend doing so soon as they are on offer for 3 masks for £2.50.

Lastly, the most simple skincare staples that we both just can’t live without is the Neutrogena Visibly Clear Spot Clearing Facial Wash and the Clean&Clear Dual Action Moisturizer. These are probably quite boring but we had to include both as we can’t live without it, we use it to them every morning and evening and have found it to be two budget skincare products that don’t cause breakout or irritate the skin. So if you find that nothing works for you, you may want to try these out.

What are your top Winter Skincare Picks?
